Anthropic Deploying Google TPUs at Scale with Expanded Partnership
Anthropic has become one of the first companies to deploy at scale TPU v5e—Google Cloud's most versatile, efficient, and scalable AI accelerator to date. Their expanded partnership focuses on AI safety standards and security measures, while harnessing Google's cutting-edge Cloud TPU v5e chips for efficient AI inference.
Google's TPUs could be a competitive advantage in the AI race. They can work quicker than GPUs while using fewer resources, and it makes them less dependent on GPU powerhouse Nvidia.
